APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER FOR DIGICORE                             
The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Andreas Voogt ("Mr Voogt") has been   
appointed as chief financial officer of the Group and will take over the duties 
previously undertaken by the previous financial director of the Group who       
resigned with effect from 10 February 2012.                                     
Mr. Voogt (45), a qualified Charted Accountant and MBA holder, and is currently 
financial director of another JSE listed company. Mr Voogt was the financial    
director of DigiCore during 2004 and 2005 and the board is delighted with his   
return to the Group.                                                            
A further announcement confirming the effective date of Mr Voogt`s appointment  
will follow in due course
